Who is Eligible for Exchange?

• Products must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• Products damaged during shipping or defective items are eligible for exchange
• Wrong size or color received can be exchanged
• Sale items and final sale products are not eligible for exchange

• The video should clearly show the product condition and any defects/issues
• Ensure all customer details match your order information
